About OEM and ODM
Since 1990, WITH has been in business focusing on OEM, producing small leather goods and nylon materials for our client’s brand.
Our sales representative will care for our clients. We propose best ODM solutions to meet our client’s needs bu utilizing our successful history in the industry.
How OEM Works
Step 1: Initial meeting
Based on the client’s design, we discuss materials to be used for the products – types of leather, interior materials, metal parts, etc. After the meeting, we will propose our estimate for the production.
Step 2: Sample development
A fast sample product is developed using temporary materials. Through obtaining feedback from the client, the final sample will be created using the materials to be used for the real product.
Step 3: Order
Upon confirming the number of products to be made, the official order is made and contract is signed.
Step 4: Mass production
Complete the production with various steps including developing leather, inside mateiral, parts; cut and sewing.
Step 5: Quality check and packaging
Check quality of each item based on the mutually developed criteria. Attach a tag as requested.
Step 6: Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the requested location by the deadline.
How ODM works
Step 1: Initial meeting
Determine the material and design based on discussing Client’s target, pricing, and product preferences.
Step 2: Design Proposal
Our designer will present a few design proposals.
Step 3: Modify Design
Based on the Client’s suggestions, our designer will modify the design.
Step 4: Sample development
A fast sample product is developed using temporary materials. Through obtaining feedback from the client, the final sample will be created using the materials to be used for the real product.
Step 5: Order
Upon confirming the number of products to be made, the official order is made and contract is signed.
Step 6: Mass production
Complete the production with various steps including developing leather, inside material, parts; cut and sewing.
